We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Iberia team and support our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business, including Contrast Media, Radiopharmaceuticals, PET products, and Contrast Media Injectors.

In this role, you will become a key partner for customers, distributors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations from order management to revenue collection while contributing directly to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be at the center of our operations, ensuring an outstanding experience for customers across Spain and Portugal.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, distributors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting the full lifecycle of customer orders, from order entry through delivery, invoicing, and revenue collection.
• Coordinating closely with manufacturing sites, logistics providers, commercial teams, and service organizations to ensure operational excellence.
• Managing purchase orders, contracts, service records, and customer data with a high level of accuracy.
• Supporting the installed base of contrast media injectors and associated products.
• Handling returns, complaints, invoice queries, credit notes, and other customer-facing activities with professionalism and efficiency.
• Creating reports, dashboards, and operational insights that support decision-making and business performance.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Building strong relationships across multiple functions and countries to deliver best-in-class customer support.

Qualifications and requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or a similar customer-facing operational role.
• Experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences industry is highly valued.
• Strong customer orientation and passion for service excellence.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office tools and business systems.
• Both written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish are essential for success in this role.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of diagnostic imaging, contrast media, radiopharmaceuticals, PET products, or injector systems.
• Experience with ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with EDICOM and healthcare industry processes.
• Portuguese
