As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous evaluation and improvement of software processes to support organizational success.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and new technology adoption.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and scalability considerations in enterprise software.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at onsite - United Arab Emirates.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
