Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and delivery, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position demands a focus on maintaining high-quality code, optimizing scalability, and enhancing performance to align with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the complexities of custom software solutions in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Experience designing scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS services.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Ability to architect solutions that optimize cost, performance, and reliability in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools and automation frameworks within AWS ecosystems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
