Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This role requires capturing overarching requirements and shaping comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The individual supports transformational efforts by crafting compelling business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring that business strategies are effectively translated into operational models and technology-enabled solutions. Collaboration across various stakeholders and continuous assessment of business processes are integral to driving meaningful change and fostering sustainable growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align business objectives with technology capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in designing and implementing business solutions that integrate with technology platforms.
- Ability to develop detailed business cases and support decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to guide transformation initiatives and manage change within complex environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
