As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. - Strong expertise in legacy system analysis and transformation strategies.
- Experience with integration of modern technologies into existing mainframe environments.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Mainframe Modernization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
