As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires driving the adoption of forward-thinking and intelligent testing strategies that leverage automation and innovative solutions to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in quality delivery across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in test automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align testing strategies with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and continuous integration processes.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving testing accuracy and integrity.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
