Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Maintain high standards of code quality through thorough testing and review processes. - Continuously monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability. - Document technical specifications and processes to support knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure automation. - Experience with monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system health and uptime. - Proficiency in scripting and automation to streamline operational tasks. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies. - Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - This position is based at our Cebu office.
