Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves engaging deeply with various stages of software development, including analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing and testing code for multiple application components. The role also includes maintaining existing systems, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with different client projects to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery. This position requires balancing development tasks with problem-solving activities to support ongoing application performance and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Continuously improve code quality and application performance through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Experience in developing scalable data processing pipelines using PySpark.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data frameworks.
- Ability to optimize PySpark jobs for performance and resource utilization.
- Familiarity with data transformation, aggregation, and cleansing techniques within PySpark.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and integrating PySpark applications with various data sources.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PySpark.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
