Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day will involve designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the applications are not only functional but also user-friendly and efficient, addressing the needs of various stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. Your role will require you to engage in problem-solving and innovative thinking to enhance application performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with back-end frameworks and technologies, including Spring and Hibernate.
- Familiarity with database management systems, particularly SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
