About the Role
Motivate agents sell CS business, including EB and IVS, to meet and exceed sales targetsResponsibilities:
- Communicate and build relationship with agents support and push CS business
- Work closely with IVS team to convert EB business to IVS
- Communicate and build relationships with agents for business development
- Keep abreast of market development and deliver key initiatives to agents
- Provide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customers
- Provide help desk at agency offices, if applicable
- Effectively monitor the sales performances of assigned agents to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is met
- Provide coaching and training to support staff
- Perform any other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduate with minimum 8 years sales experience in group insurance of which 5 years in supervisory/managerial positions
- Preferably IIQE (paper 1,2,3 & 4) licensed
- Good product knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Able to manage a project/event independently
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Fluent in Putonghua
- Tactful interpersonal relationship
- Good presentation and team building skills
- Self-motivated and customer orientated
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Consultant
