You won't just be overseeing regional strategy; you will assisting the client's operational performance, connecting our client's goals with our internal teams. What we want you to do:
Regional Performance & Reporting: Report on the performance of the specific country that our client operates in, ensuring alignment with their regional growth and ROI objectives.
Website & Affiliate Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize our client's regional websites for an exceptional user experience, and oversee localized affiliate activities to ensure compliance and drive acquisition growth.
Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct thorough market studies and competitor comparisons, crafting comprehensive, data-backed go-to-market strategies tailored to this specific European territory.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate ongoing tasks and projects across the Content and Design departments. Track deadlines, priorities, dependencies, and blockers to ensure seamless delivery.
Team Support & Leadership: Support Team Leads with workload planning and team coordination. Take over operational responsibilities during periods of high workload or when the other Project Manager is unavailable.
Workflow & AI Integration: Identify manual or inefficient processes and suggest ways to simplify or automate them. Identify opportunities to use AI in internal workflows and support the implementation of suitable solutions.
Jira & Process Configuration: Configure and improve processes in Jira, including workflows, automations, filters, dashboards, and reporting.
Production Analytics: Prepare regular reports on Content and Design production, including task volumes, workload, timelines, bottlenecks, and key risks. Use this data to identify issues and recommend practical process improvements.
Localization & Promotion: Champion the nuances of this specific market to ensure seamless adaptation across all teams. Discover and implement innovative methods to promote our client's casino and sports products.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Team Leads, department heads, and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on all regional and operational goals.
Requirements
Proven Experience: 2+ years of solid experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record of coordinating multiple cross-functional teams or work-streams simultaneously.
Jira Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Atlassian tools. You must have the ability to independently configure and optimize Jira workflows, automations, filters, dashboards, and custom reports.
Data-Driven Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive into reporting data, translate it into clear conclusions, and identify the root causes of process bottlenecks.
Process Optimization: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. You don't just manage processes; you actively suggest and drive continuous improvements to simplify them.
AI Integration: A genuine interest in emerging tech, coupled with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to optimize your day-to-day work and team efficiency.
Agile Multitasking: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in parallel, navigate competing priorities, and keep deliverables on track.
Communication: Professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
Target Market Fluency: Full professional proficiency in French (essential for managing the localized client portfolio, adapting content, and analyzing regional data).
