About this Corporate Solutions Coordinator role at AIA
As a Corporate Solutions Coordinator, you play an important role in delivering a seamless experience for AIA’s Corporate Solutions group schemes. Working closely with advisers, third-party administrators, Business Development Managers, and internal teams, you become a trusted operational partner who helps keep services running smoothly and efficiently. This is a relationship-focused role where your coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills directly contribute to positive customer outcomes. You will have the opportunity to build deep knowledge of AIA’s products and processes while supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both customer experience and operational performance.
Your Impact
- Manage and administer Corporate Solutions group schemes to deliver a smooth and positive end-to-end customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with advisers, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders to enable effective collaboration and service delivery.
- Monitor account activity, identify emerging issues, and take proactive action to support customer and business needs.
- Resolve operational queries efficiently and escalate complex matters to maintain service quality and continuity.
- Contribute to process, product, and service improvements that enhance customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Support team and business objectives by providing responsive, accurate, and customer-focused operational support.
