How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to take a proactive approach to building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This involves staying up-to-date on market trends and industry developments, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our products and services, and working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.

What you do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Conducting regular client reviews to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to provide tailored financial solutions
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as product specialists and credit analysts, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling our products and services
- Staying up-to-date on market trends and industry developments, and applying this knowledge to drive business growth

Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics

- At least 5 years of experience in corporate banking or a related field

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills

- Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively

- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including cash management, trade finance, and lending

- Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to communicate and read in Chinese including Chinese annual reports, financial reports and etc and understanding of Chinese culture. This is because the team are serving large Chinese corporates venturing into Singapore and ASEAN region. The parent groups are usually based in China and the corporate information is primarily in Chinese.
