Job Description:

Oversees the operations of a free standing center or multiple larger scope or higher revenue practices within Core with particular emphasis on growth and expansion. Practice Supervisors, and/or Practice Administrators may report to this position. This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer/Group Practice.

Major Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in centers or practices of greater scope, complexity, or revenue.
• Builds relationships with physicians, providers, and staff to ensure physician/provider and employee satisfaction, while aligning with the mission, vision, and values of Core.
• Fosters an environment of teamwork at all levels of the practice.
• Manages staff performance in a timely and effective manner through practice supervisors.
• Collaborates with the Core CMO and others to resolve physician/provider performance or behavioral issues. Medical quality issues are handled solely by the CMO.
• Accountable for the patient-centric access model.
• Works with practice providers to maximize daily productivity.
• Maintains situational awareness of daily operations and recognizes situations requiring immediate attention, resolution, rapid training, and/or communication.
• Resolves operational issues within one business day whenever possible.
• Escalates or resolves systemic issues as appropriate.
• Responsible for implementing and completing position-based standard work, including Lean principles, huddles, dashboards, and other operational tools.
• Partners with leadership on Core-wide and cross-organizational projects and initiatives.
• Develops, advances, and maintains a culture of continuous quality improvement focused on key performance indicators (KPIs) and Lean methodologies.
• Manages access, patient volume, revenue, and controllable expenses to meet budget goals.
• Collaborates with leadership to develop annual operating and capital budgets.
• Improves and maintains a positive patient care experience and patient safety environment.
• Utilizes data, process improvement strategies, and staff coaching informed by EX3 training concepts.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, and change management skills.
• Supports leadership decisions and communicates information accurately and within established timeframes.
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills by incorporating input and feedback from key stakeholders.
• Develops and promotes a "Just Culture" environment.
• Keeps practice leadership informed of issues and matters affecting the practice.
• Responsible for practice financial performance relative to budget.
• Ensures collection of copayments at the time of service.
• Oversees insurance verification and eligibility processes to support revenue cycle performance.

Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent -

Years of Experience - 3 to 5 years

License and Certification

Additional Qualifications
3 years experience with proven leadership skills in any customer service organization

Pay Range:

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
