Location: Haverhill, MA
Schedule: 25 hours per week (primarily afternoon/evening hours after school) . We have full time, part time and per diem options available. Saturday availability required.

Do you have a passion for mentoring youth and helping them discover their full potential? At Flexible Support Services, we are looking for a creative, compassionate Youth Group Leader to guide children and young adults (ages 6–22) toward greater independence, self-confidence, and positive relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Facilitate Engaging Groups: Plan and co-facilitate interactive sessions focused on social-emotional skill-building, community integration, psychoeducation, and vocational preparation.
- Provide Mentorship: Deliver impactful therapeutic intervention and group interventions directly within the community for youth and families.
- Be a Connector: Collaborate closely with other providers, natural supports, and families to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Drive Success: Provide and arrange reliable transportation for clients to and from group activities to eliminate barriers to clients accessing care. Mileage is reimbursed for approved work-related travel.
- Keep Connected: Complete timely, accurate documentation and manage a flexible group schedule that adapts to client needs (afternoon and evening availability required).
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field from an accredited university or college.
- Experience: At least 6 months of hands-on experience working with children, adolescents, transition-aged youth, or families.
- Requirements: A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, a reliable vehicle, and a willingness to transport clients. Afternoon, evening and Saturday availability is required.
- Strengths: Creative, flexible, highly organized, compassionate, and deeply motivated to help youth meet their goals.

Pay Range:
$22.00 - $26.82The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
