About this Coordinador de Ventas role at General Motors
Job Description
Responsabilidades:
- Actuar como enlace entre GM y sus concesionarios.
- Facturación y distribución de vehículos.
- Facilitar la mentoría y la consultoría para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos mensuales y anuales de ventas y servicio.
- Seguimiento del Índice de Satisfacción del Cliente (ISC) de los concesionarios u otras fuentes de retroalimentación para identificar y abordar deficiencias u oportunidades.
- Colaborar en los lanzamientos de productos para garantizar una estrategia de marketing y publicidad eficiente entre los concesionarios, los gerentes de cuentas clave (IAM) y GM.
- Desarrollar y gestionar relaciones.
- Supervisar la capacitación del personal y garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y objetivos de GM.
- Colaborar en la gestión de inventario, incluyendo pedidos de vehículos y/o repuestos y la estabilización del inventario.
- Analizar las ventas de los concesionarios, el mercado local y la competencia para identificar oportunidades de ingresos. Incrementar las ventas de vehículos y repuestos de GM a sus clientes.
- Ayudar en la resolución de problemas de los clientes.
- Realizar otras tareas relacionadas según se le asignen
Requisitos
Formación: Graduados y/o egresados en Administración, de Empresas, Marketing, Economía,
Experiencia: de 3 a 5 años de experiencia en roles comerciales en posiciones similares.
Inglés: Nivel intermedio.
Paquete Office: excel, power bi, power point, IA, ventaja competitiva
Conocimiento del rubro automotor
Habilidades de negociación, comunicación, visión de mercado
