What you will be doing
- Perform ATM Card Services application and maintenance
- Perform Personal eBanking Services application and maintenance
- Perform Direct Debit Authorization (DDA) and standing instruction setup and maintenance
- Work closely with Hub Team to resolve issues and ensure SLA is met
- Perform OCBC Velocity application and maintenance
- Download the cheque book printing files daily from secured file transfer software Tectia and encrypt for sending the files to vendor for printing
- Conduct sample QC check on the delivered cheque books before dispatching to branches and DMS
What we are looking for
- University Degree Holder / High Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
- at least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in banking / finance field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication skills, organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong self-motivation and personal integrity, with good analytical and leadership skills.
- Good sense of responsibility.
