Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects through all phases of delivery
• Coordinate project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement activities
• Monitor project progress, risks, costs, and quality outcomes
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and client requirements
• Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Support contract administration, change management, and project closeout activities

About You

• Experience in construction management, project management, engineering, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage or support construction projects from planning to completion
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and project teams
• Commercial awareness with exposure to budgets, procurement, and project controls
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Data center, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or mission-critical project experience is advantageous
