  • Plan & Schedule: Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements. Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
  • Manage Budgets: Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, costs, and profitability. Identify financial risks and take corrective action when needed.
  • Bidding & Estimating: Support project bidding, take-offs, scope review, pricing, vendor coordination, and procurement. Help establish efficient bidding processes as the Connectivity program grows.
  • Lead Field Teams: Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and field leadership. Provide clear direction and resolve project issues quickly.
  • Manage Customers: Serve as a key customer contact, provide project updates, manage expectations, and address issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage Changes: Review, document, price, and coordinate change orders and scope changes while managing their impact on cost and schedule.
  • Ensure Quality & Safety: Maintain compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, customer requirements, and Loenbro EH&S policies.
  • Build the Connectivity Program: Help develop standardized project management processes, training, bidding practices, scheduling standards, and other tools that support the team's growth.
  • Project Closeout: Ensure punch-list items, documentation, customer acceptance, and final billing are completed accurately and on time.
