• Ensure implementation of effective sales & promotion strategies and customer decision journey for getting awareness, attention, preferences to acquisition of all Schools, Corporate and related partners.  
• Building and managing strong relationship with Related Communities in Indonesia to reach good brand awareness, exposure, and engagement, like Premium Sport Club, Cultural Center, Embassies, Commerce, etc.
• Build strong communication and relationship with Corporate Partners in Indonesia.
• Analyze market behavior or decision-making behavior in order to create effective Customer Journey Plan for reaching and ensuring the target leads in each stage of sales funnel.
• Maintain partnership to create effective sales channels or agents to get sales conversion into student intake. 
• Monitoring and Analyzing the sales channels performance and creating action plan to maximize sales conversion and target achievement in each channel.
• Analyzing data and conclusions related to the appropriate sales and promotion action plan to conversion.
• Analyzing all the data and creating action plan to acquire student intake and building community engagement.
• Monitor coordination with other Marketing Departments, and supporting partners regarding to planning schedule, projects, and its implementation.
• Regular tracking the content, campaign, and strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and other units to gather leads (data) by providing analysis for creating events and campaigns.
• Monitor effectiveness of daily operation activities in related work area.
• Coordinate with other marketing departments to design the customer journey or sales persona journey.
• Provide technical advices in work area or related business units on marketing related issues.
• Calculating the cost and managing the activities for achieving promotion and sales target.
• Management Support Activities:
  • Provide Report to direct Supervisor
  • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
  • Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Education Requirement :
• Minimum holder Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Work Exposure/ Experience :
• Minimum 2 years working experience in senior staff, or
• Minimum 4 years working experience
