Client Leadership

Our Client Leadership teams are dunnhumby's commercial engine - building the long-term, trusted partnerships that turn customer data into measurable growth for the world's biggest retailers and brands. We work across grocery, mass and specialty retail, translating insight into action on everything from ranges and pricing to media and promotions.

About the Role 

We are preparing for a potential new strategic partnership with a Canadian grocery retailer and are discreetly building capability ahead of final commercial approval. This role will establish and lead the client relationship from inception, shaping the account strategy, operating model and long-term value plan. 

What You'll Be Doing 

You will provide overall leadership for the proposed partnership, connecting client priorities, commercial performance and team delivery. 

  • Define and deliver the long-term vision and strategy for the client account. 
  • Build and own senior stakeholder relationships at executive level. 
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability and overall account performance. 
  • Lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team. 
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and increased client value. 

What We're Looking For 

You'll bring strategic client leadership, strong commercial judgement and the ability to build a new partnership with clarity and credibility. 

  • Experience leading large-scale retail or CPG client relationships. 
  • A track record of driving commercial outcomes and revenue growth. 
  • Confidence operating with senior and executive stakeholders. 
  • Team-building capability across multidisciplinary groups. 
  • Customer-first strategic thinking combined with disciplined execution.
