Reimagine What’s Possible
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise CSA engineering activities ensuring safe, high‑quality deliverables.
- Prepare, review, and approve foundation designs, structural analyses, and construction drawings.
- Resolve engineering issues, deviations, and cross‑discipline interface challenges.
- Conduct 3D model reviews to ensure constructability, operability, and maintainability.
- Support vendor design reviews, technical clarifications, and bid evaluations.
- Provide engineering support during construction, pre‑commissioning, and commissioning.
- Ensure alignment with global engineering standards, procedures, and work processes.
- Support lessons learned, standardization, and engineering excellence initiatives.
- Promote Supervisor‑level Our Way of Leading behaviors within the team.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 10–20 years of CSA engineering experience, ideally with ASU or process plant exposure.
- Experience supervising engineers and designers in execution environments.
- Strong technical expertise in RCC/steel design, equipment foundations, and other industrial civil works.
- Proficiency with structural analysis tools such as STAAD.
- Knowledge of local, global codes and Air Products engineering standards.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder‑management capability.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
- Experience working in global EPC/EPCM environments.
- Experience with, SP3D,E3D,BIM, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar digital engineering tools.
Licenses / Certifications:
- Chartered Engineer, Professional Engineer (PE), or equivalent (Preferred).
