Part Time Opportunities across a 24/7 Rotating Roster

The Role

We're seeking customer-focused and detail-oriented Cage Cashiers to join our team on a part-time basis.

As a Cage Cashier, you'll be responsible for processing a range of financial transactions while delivering exceptional service experiences. Working within a highly regulated environment, you'll combine accuracy, professionalism and customer care to support our guests and business operations.

In This Role You'll:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through every guest interaction.
• Process cash and financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain strict compliance with Crown policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support to guests and internal stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
• Resolve enquiries and issues in a timely and customer-focused manner.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and high-performing work environment.
• Work across a 24/7 rotating roster.

About You

• Available to attend an in-person interview on either 23rd or 27th October
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Cash handling, banking or transactional experience.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a VGCCC Casino Employee Licence
