OVERVIEW:

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Category Strategy

• Develop and execute category strategy aligned to business goals
• Build assortments that drive sales, margin, and customer engagement
• Present category vision and gain leadership alignment

Business Ownership

• Own sales, margin, inventory, and turn performance
• Lead in-season decisions to optimize results
• Partner with Planning to manage OTB and inventory flow

Vendor Management

• Lead vendor negotiations and partnerships
• Manage contracts, costs, and performance
• Drive joint business planning initiatives

Omni-Channel Execution

• Ensure alignment across stores and eCommerce
• Partner with Visual and Marketing to bring assortments to life
• Optimize in-store presentation and customer experience

Team Leadership

• Coach and develop junior team members
• Set expectations and drive accountability

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree (4 year college degree) or related experience
• 5 - 7 Years experience in Merchandising/Buying or related field experience, Experience in a leadership/ management role
