Responsibilities:

• analyze and redesign AR processes in line with market best practices;
• benchmark process solutions externally (e.g. SSC peers, ABSL, market standards), building awareness of relevant market tools and recommending the most suitable KPIs to measure process effectively;
• deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, controls, and KPIs;
• communicate progress, results, and value clearly to management and senior stakeholders;
• serve as a point of contact and trusted partner for Operations, IT, and Business stakeholders;
• lead change execution; project management (scope, planning, delivery, and benefits tracking);
• scope standardization and harmonization (alignment to Target Model);
• identify, assess, and prioritize automation and AI use cases across processes (RPA, AI, agents).

Requirements:

• min. 3 years of experience in relevant process area within international, SSC or GBS environments;
• professional English proficiency at B2+ level;
• strong E2E understanding of AR processes and supporting systems;
• proven experience in process improvement and identification of automation use cases;
• proven ability to lead operational projects and deliver measurable results;
• hands-on interest and practical exposure to automation and AI (RPA, AI tools, agents);
• ability to challenge the status quo and drive cross-functional change;
• ability to work independently and maintain high standards of work;
• ability to convey complex information in a clear and simple way;
• project management education or certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) as well as SAP S/4HANA knowledge would be considered an advantage.
