About this Business Development Executive (LATAM) role at TD SYNNEX
About the Role
At TD SYNNEX, we are looking for a Business Development Executive I with a strong commercial mindset, relationship-building skills, and a passion for technology to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Global Accounts across Latin America.
This role is responsible for strengthening customer relationships, identifying business growth opportunities, coordinating regional initiatives, and collaborating with local and international teams to drive revenue within existing accounts. Success in this position requires a consultative approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to engage effectively with customers, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple countries.
What You’ll Do
Manage and develop strategic customer relationships across assigned global accounts.
Identify growth and expansion opportunities within existing customer portfolios.
Coordinate commercial initiatives between local, regional, and global teams.
Build strong partnerships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, reports, and executive presentations.
Track opportunities, projects, and commercial activities across multiple countries.
Analyze business performance and develop growth plans for assigned accounts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends, market developments, and TD SYNNEX solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, or Key Account Management.
Experience working with enterprise customers, systems integrators, service providers, or technology companies is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Advanced English proficiency required, with the ability to communicate effectively in international business environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong customer focus and business development capabilities.
Highly organized with excellent follow-through and priority management skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Results-driven, proactive, and commercially oriented.
General knowledge of networking, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology solutions is a plus.
Willingness to travel across Latin America based on business needs.
