Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will operate and support blending equipment to help manufacture food products at our Louisville, Kentucky facility. You will work onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while collaborating with your team to meet daily operational goals.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Load and feed raw ingredients, including 50-pound bags and boxes, into blending equipment in accordance with established recipes and production schedules
• Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to maintain optimal performance and product quality
• Perform sanitation and preventive maintenance tasks on blending equipment and work areas
• Use a forklift to stage raw materials and support production flow
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety standards, and personal protective equipment requirements
• Identify and escalate food safety or operational risks to leadership
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate production updates with team members and leadership

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 or more years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Understanding of basic machine operations and settings
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety standards preferred
• Capability to lift, push, or pull materials up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work overtime and varying schedules as needed

Physical Requirements
