Responsibilities:
Support the MLRO Office with day-to-day compliance administration and case tracking.
Review KYC/CDD/EDD documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Review transaction monitoring alerts and case escalations.
Maintain compliance trackers, spreadsheets, and case logs with high accuracy.
Help prepare evidence packs and documentation for internal reviews, audits, and
regulatory examinations.
Assist in drafting and updating compliance checklists, procedures, and training materials.
Support record-keeping and document retention in line with VARA and internal
requirements.
Work confidentially on sensitive compliance matters and escalate issues promptly.
Provide administrative support to the law enforcement liaison function under supervision,
without directly handling law enforcement requests.
Support client outreach for missing or expired KYC documents.
Assist with periodic reviews, remediations, and customer file updates.
Support the preparation of regulatory filings and VARA-related submissions under
supervision.
Assist with initial triage and documentation of transaction monitoring alerts.
Gather supporting information for AML/CFT investigations and escalate to
analysts/DMLRO.
Support sanctions and blockchain analytics reviews using internal tools.
Help prepare case summaries, timelines, and audit trails for suspicious activity reviews.
Assist with management information (MI) reporting and trend analysis.
Requirements:
Graduate in Law, Finance, Business, Compliance, Criminology, Economics, or a related
field.
Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, fintech, and VASP regulation.
Basic understanding of AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, sanctions, and financial crime compliance.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
UAE/Dubai residency or ability to work in Dubai.
