Bilingual Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter

Languages: English and Spanish
Employment type: Part-time

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Bilingual Sales Development Representative to support a digital marketing company that helps service businesses strengthen their brands and generate leads.

You will be the first point of contact for new leads, responding quickly, understanding their needs, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team. You will also conduct outbound outreach and follow up with prospects to keep conversations moving forward.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with potential customers, asks thoughtful questions, and combines a consultative approach with a strong focus on results.

What you’ll do

  • Respond to incoming leads promptly, prioritizing fast, effective first contact.
  • Conduct outbound outreach and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.
  • Ask targeted questions to understand each lead’s needs, interest, and fit for the company’s services.
  • Communicate the value of the services clearly in English and Spanish.
  • Handle initial questions and objections professionally.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and share clear notes with the sales team.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, including contact attempts, qualification details, and next steps.
  • Follow up on unanswered outreach and missed appointments to reengage prospects.

What you’ll bring

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the confidence to conduct sales conversations in both languages.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, sales development, or appointment setting.
  • A track record of converting leads into qualified sales meetings.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport, ask relevant questions, and handle objections.
  • Excellent organization and time management, especially when balancing new leads with ongoing follow-up.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of your outreach and results.

Nice to have

  • Experience using CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Experience selling digital marketing or other business services.
  • Experience working in a sales environment where response time and consistent follow-up are essential.

What success looks like

  • New leads receive prompt, professional responses.
  • Prospects are qualified consistently and accurately.
  • The sales team receives well-qualified appointments with useful context.
  • Follow-ups are completed on time, and CRM records reflect the next step for each lead.

How to apply

Please share a brief overview of your sales or appointment-setting experience, the types of customers you have contacted, and any relevant results, such as qualified meetings booked or lead-to-appointment conversion rates.
