El proyecto formativo de Marsh People and Investments tiene como objetivo garantizar que las prácticas académicas externas realizadas por estudiantes en la empresa les permitan aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos en su formación  y  la adquisición de competencias profesionales.

El objetivo principal de las mismas es la integración de los estudiantes en el entorno profesional a través del desarrollo de actividades prácticas supervisadas que permitan el desarrollo de competencias técnicas y transversales.

Contaremos contigo para que, bajo la supervisión del/ de la Tutor/a puedas:

  • Participar en proyectos de Business inteligence, ayudando a identificar nuevas empresas targets.

  • Colaborar en la generación de primeras reuniones y preparación de las mismas

  • Asistencia a las reuniones e identificación de oportunidades con la supervisión un senior especializado

  • Prestar apoyo en el seguimiento y cierre de oportunidades con un senior

  • Seguimiento de eventos

  • Participación en acciones comerciales

  • Colaboración en el seguimiento de leads

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Estudios: ADE, Económicas, Derecho, Marketing, Comercial, Ventas, Psicología,…etc.

  • Estudios finalizados o último curso, con pocas asignaturas, proyecto fin de carrera, postgrado o master

  • Buen nivel de ingles, C1

  • Conocimientos de herramientas ofimáticas (MS Office)

  • Valorable experiencia comercial, desarrollo de negocio o ventas en sector asegurador, servicios,…etc. 

  • Disponibilidad para jornada completa e incorporación inmediata.

  • Humildad, alta capacidad de estudio y de aprendizaje constante.

  • Ambición y afán por la mejora continua.

  • Facilidad en la comunicación, persuasión y trato con otras personas.

  • Persona atrevida, muy constante y tenaz.
