The Banquet F&B Supervisor plays a key role in delivering flawless banquet and event experiences. You will support the Banquet Management team by supervising day-to-day banquet operations, leading service teams during events, and ensuring that Four Seasons standards of quality, service, and presentation are consistently exceeded.
What you will do:
- Supervise and coordinate banquet service during events, meetings, and special functions
- Lead, motivate, and support banquet service staff before, during, and after events
- Ensure proper setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet functions according to event orders
- Maintain exceptional guest service, addressing requests or concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and Events teams to ensure seamless execution
- Uphold Four Seasons standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and presentation
- Assist with training, scheduling support, and performance feedback for banquet staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations
What you bring:
- Previous experience in banquet or food & beverage operations, preferably in a luxury or upscale hotel environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on service approach
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and service-focused in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
- A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to care for others
