Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)

Food Safety / Hygiene certification (added advantage)  

Baking or Food Production qualification  

3 to 5 years’ experience in a bakery or fresh food retail environment 

Experience in managing inventory and reducing waste

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
