What You'll Do as a Sales Associate

• Create an exceptional buying experience by presenting and demonstrating vehicle features, benefits, and technology.
• Build lasting customer relationships through phone calls, emails, internet leads, and in-person interactions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Present pricing options, negotiate professionally, and help customers make confident purchasing decisions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Stay current on Subaru products, features, technology, and industry developments.
• Represent Heritage Subaru Catonsville with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• A motivated self-starter with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or other commission-based experience is preferred.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• A valid driver's license.
