About this Associate Territory Manager - Surgical role at Stryker
Looking to take your sales career to the next level and break into MedTech?
We’re looking for an ambitious Associate Territory Manager to join our Surgical Technologies team, working across our Neptune and smoke evacuation portfolio.
These innovative solutions help hospitals manage surgical waste and smoke, creating safer, cleaner operating environments for healthcare professionals and patients.
You’ll work alongside an experienced sales team, building relationships across hospitals, developing new business opportunities and gaining the skills and experience to progress towards a Territory Manager role longer term.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with nurses, theatre managers, procurement teams and other key hospital stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Support product demonstrations, trials and customer education
- Develop your sales pipeline and contribute to territory growth
- Work closely with Territory Managers and the wider Stryker team
- Learn how to navigate complex hospital environments and sales cycles
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone hungry, commercially minded and keen to build a career in sales.
You’ll bring:
- Sales, recruitment, pharmaceutical, B2B or other relevant commercial experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to seek out opportunities
- Curiosity, resilience and a genuine desire to learn
- Confidence engaging with different types of stakeholders
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
MedTech experience isn’t essential. We’re much more interested in your drive, commercial mindset and potential.
