About the Role


Develop and deliver programme strategies and plans to strengthen Senior Leadership at AIA in the context of AIA’s Purpose, Operating Philosophy and Ascend strategic priorities.

Ensure high quality standards in capability building solutions scoped, designed and executed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversees diagnosis, analysis, planning and execution of leadership programmes to support the delivery of AIA’s corporate strategy and future of work agenda.

- Accountable for the monitoring and review of solutions and programme quality that includes, but not limit to, design, content validation, delivery methodology, trainers’ qualification, and post programme follow up.  A strong focus on impact creation and impact assessment of solutions is critical

- Influence and inspire change in behaviour to attain effective capability transformations at AIA. Strong internal and external stakeholder management in driving change.

- Collaborate with other HR CEO and HRBP team on standards and consistency of learning and leadership solutions across the group.

- Collaborate closely with Group Innovation Office on joint programmes.

- Build strong relationships with all senior stakeholders of AIA Leadership Center, Country CEOs and Country Chief HR Officers.


Minimum Job Requirements:


- University graduate or Industry equivalent and/or more than 10 years relevant experience, with at least 5 years in strategic talent or leadership development roles

- Experience and knowledge in learning and leadership development strategic planning and execution capabilities

- Sound knowledge in design and development of world-class Leadership programs

- Strong engagement and people skills

- Keen problem identification and solving abilities

- Effective project management capability

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Strong business acumen

- Change leadership ability

- Keen understanding and working knowledge of setting and leading a Corporate University will be an added advantage
