The Role

Your role　

This is a solution sales/pre-sales role requiring technical expertise to understand customers’ business and technology challenges and propose optimal technology solutions, primarily in Security and Resiliency. You will collaborate with Kyndryl Consult Partners, Customer Partners, and Delivery teams, supporting opportunities from creation and proposal development through pre-sales and the transition to delivery. Combining technical expertise with business acumen, you will serve as a trusted advisor and deliver meaningful value to customers.

What you will do

• Understand customers’ business and technical requirements and propose solutions focused on Security and Resiliency
• Collaborate with Customer Partners, Kyndryl Consult Partners, and Delivery teams to drive opportunity creation and proposal activities
• Support consulting, advisory, and architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery
• Demonstrate solution value through presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept (PoCs), and prototypes
• Coordinate the end-to-end pre-sales process and ensure quality and compliance requirements are met
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and build relationships with alliance partners to co-create solutions
• Support proposals and opportunities from an end-to-end perspective that encompasses adjacent technology domains

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

• Deep knowledge of service offerings and technical solutions, including those in Security and Resiliency
• Experience translating technical expertise into proposals and solutions tailored to customer challenges and needs
• Experience in consultative sales, solution sales, or pre-sales
• Strong communication skills to structure complex business and technical requirements, build stakeholder alignment, and advance proposals
• Strong coordination and execution skills to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders and drive opportunities forward
• External certifications demonstrating expertise in technology or solutions, or equivalent knowledge and achievements

Preferred skills and experience

• 5+ years of experience selling technical services to customers across multiple industries
• Knowledge of or certifications in adjacent technology domains such as Applications, Data & AI, Cloud, Digital Workplace, and Network & Edge
• Experience using demonstrations, PoCs, and prototypes to support proposals and communicate value
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
