Client Portfolio Management
> Proactively manage onboarding of high-volume clients across multiple asset classes, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
> Serve as a subject matter expert for SRM clients, leveraging insights into client behaviours to anticipate needs and deliver tailored solutions.
> Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, anticipating needs and delivering tailored solutions.
> Act as the primary escalation point for your SRM queries, ensuring prompt, accurate, and effective resolution of issues.
> Lead root cause analysis for recurring or high-impact problems, coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions.
> Take ownership of strategic initiatives and projects outside of BAU activities, driving process improvement
> Identify process enhancements to improve client experience, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
> Share best practices and lessons learned across teams and departments, contributing to organizational learning and excellence.
> Lead engagement with regional and global stakeholders to elicit, challenge, document and prioritize business requirements for reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring to the role:
> 2-4 years of relevant experience in Client servicing or financial services roles
> Bachelor's degree required;, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline preferred
> Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with practical experience in Power BI, or similar visualization and reporting tools
> Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a disciplined focus on data quality, controls, and attention to detail
> Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior audiences
> Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, work to tight deadlines and collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and regions
> Sound understanding of operational risk, governance, controls, issue management, or related regulatory reporting processes would be beneficial
