o Focus on Advice Premium clients with AuM CHF 3mn to CHF 10mn;o Collaborate with RMs to increase service activity, product penetration and RoA / revenues;
o Support RMs with proposals and portfolio ideas;
o Communicate JB’s investment strategy and propose modifications to portfolios according to market situation and client strategy;
o Establish risk tolerance and best asset allocation strategy in cooperation with RMs;
o Key interface function between RM and IWMS; and
o Holistic business development and active collaboration with competence centres.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Portfolio Monitoring and Client Communication for Advice Premium Mandates
For sub-accounts within the an Advisory Premium Mandate, portfolio reviews are conducted by the Product Specialist upon RM’s request. If applicable, Product Specialist will include the yearly leverage review along with the PAR report.
Portfolio Reviews will be completed on a priority basis and the timeline will be agreed with the Product Specialist in advance. RM/ARM to share account /household details prior to conduct-ing the Portfolio Review.
With regards to direct client contact, any investment ideas prepared by the Product Specialist will be shared directly by the RM/ARM.
Product Specialist is available for calls and meetings as per RM’s request. Kindly notify Product Specialist at least 48 hours in advance. Any last minute requests can be accommodated on best efforts basis and are subject to other requests/meetings.
For DiAS alerts, it is the RM’s responsibility to contact clients within 5 business days in order to avoid a scorecard impact.
All administrative tasks on an account level (e.g. archiving on myCRM, corporate actions, mar-gin calls, cash flows etc.) are the sole responsibility of RM/ARM.
Trade Execution on Subaccounts with Advice Premium Accounts
All pre-/-post trade processes will be completed by the RM/ARM.
All suitability and trades will be executed by the RM/ARM.

Professional & Technical Skills
Appropriate understanding of relevant products and services in Private Banking
Basic knowledge of global financial markets and current developments in the industry
Sound affinity with the geographic market(s) covered, i.e. familiar with the legal and regulatory environment as well as cultural awareness
Education and Experience
Relevant educational (bank apprenticeship or equivalent) and professional background (work experience in the financial industry)
Good language skills (verbal and written) according to specific market requirements
Proven track record in servicing banking clients with complex needs (onboarding of new, maintaining and extending current relationships)
