Job Description:

• To ensure all relevant technical and stakeholder’s requirements are all met.

• Liaise with all relevant government (i.e, JKR, JPS, TNB, IWK, SAINS, Ranhill-SAJ, Local PBTs) and state agencies in facilitating operational and commencement of project for Guthrie’s strategic development land.

• Provide informed recommendations to management on planning and development requirements for strategic land development land potential lands.

• Coordinate with all relevant internal stakeholders (i.e, GS, CF, UPMY Estate team, RE, GMD’s Office, Land Management) in providing informed recommendations to management.

• Liaise with all relevant Development Joint Venture (“JV”) partners (i.e, EcoWorld, NSCorp, PDT) in ensuring all development requirements are met.

• Ensuring identified key financial requirements set by the management are met.

• Ensuring all safety and health requirements are met.

• Assist in the coordination of corporate writing to management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registered Graduate Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia (“BEM”).

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in the industrial property Development or full life-cycle development works ranging from project planning to handing-over.

• Command good knowledge in project management, construction management, township development planning and safety health requirements.

• Experience working with large corporations or public listed companies is a plus.

• Able to work closely with government departments such as Municipal Council, Technical Agencies, and State Agencies.

• Good organisational skills, structured, and able to work systematically to prioritise workload.

• A strong team player with a mature pleasant personality.
