Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative tasks in support of the HR team.
• Assist with recruitment, maintaining files, and data entry.
• Support onboarding and HR communications.
• Prepare HR documentation and forms.
• Maintain HR records and filing systems.
• Assist with HR reporting and analytics.
• Support training and orientation logistics.
• Assist with benefits and payroll processes.
• Coordinate HR supplies and materials.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Assist with HR events and meetings.
• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource information.
• Support compliance with HR policies.
• Assist with other HR tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• College diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
• Basic understanding of HR procedures, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HR systems is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good verbal and written language skills in English.
• Ability to be discreet and handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or a regulated environment is an advantage.
