Design and architect scalable, high-performance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that align with client business objectives and support long-term growthLead technical design sessions and document comprehensive technical solutions, leveraging advanced AI tools to review architectural assumptions and simulate system edge casesCollaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations throughout project lifecyclesIntegrate predictive and generative AI capabilities within custom Salesforce environments, optimizing platform performance and resource utilizationChampion AI-first delivery methodologies by utilizing developer assistants and agentic frameworks to accelerate solution implementation and ensure code qualityConduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, using tools like GitHub Copilot and AI coding assistants to optimize custom code, integrations, and data migrationsDevelop and implement frameworks to measure AI performance and business value, focusing on ROI and system efficiencyTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging AI diagnostics to interpret logs and isolate performance bottlenecksRequired Skills:
