The Accounts Receivable (AR) team at Wilhelmsen is a great place to learn, gain practical experience and develop your skills. We’re constantly looking for better and simpler ways of working and use modern technologies, including robotics, to improve our processes.

If you’re a student who wants to put your knowledge into practice and gain valuable professional experience, join our AR team as a paid intern.

As an intern, you will support our team in:

  • Allocating the incoming payments to customers’ invoices
  • Ensuring appropriate storage of all bank statements
  • Support investigation of unidentified or unapplied cash and help track open cash allocation items
  • Process customer offsets
  • Providing support to the AR team in daily tasks

What are we looking for?

  • You are a student of finance, economics, or a related field
  • You are available to work approx. 80 hours per month
  • You are proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel)
  • You are communicative, responsible, and eager to develop in the finance field
