- Customer account analysis 

- Investigation of unidentified payments 

- Applying payments to invoices 

- Communication with countries, various UPS entities, and departments 

- Cooperation with customers, collectors, and operations 

- Preparing daily reconciliations 

- Preparing data and documentation for GL postings 

- Direct debit processing from different bank platforms 

- Preparing refunds for customers and documentation for AP 

We expect from the applicants:

- Good command of English (written and spoken) 

- Good command of German (B1+)

- Problem-solving attitude 

- High data entry accuracy 

- Good knowledge of MS Office applications 

- Ability to work in a team 

- Good time management skills 

- Very well-organized 

- Basic knowledge of accounting 

- At least 6 months of employment in the current position in GBS (for internal candidates)
