The Application Support Analyst supports CT’s internal and BAU business systems, helping teams resolve day-to-day issues, improve workflows, and get more value from the tools they rely on. This role provides responsive application support, troubleshooting and user guidance across internal platforms.  

Requirements

What you'll do:

• Provide day-to-day support for CT’s internal business applications, troubleshooting and resolving user issues in a timely and practical manner.
• Investigate application errors, access issues, workflow problems and basic integration queries, escalating where required.
• Support and administer a varied portfolio of SaaS and business applications, including ConnectWise, Quosal, Enboarder, HubSpot, DeskDirector, N-able, QBO, BambooHR, ScalePad, SmileBack, Workable, Zapier, Wise-Sync, Lusha, VisualCare and ShiftCare.
• Assist with system configuration, user administration, workflow changes and general system housekeeping.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve system usability and reduce recurring support issues.
• Maintain accurate system documentation, support notes and process guides to promote consistent use of business applications.
• Contribute to system improvement projects, including workflow enhancements, automation and application changes.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical system updates and support solutions.
• Balance day-to-day support activities with improvement initiatives and changing business priorities.
• Assist the Head of Digital and Platforms with prioritising support activities and evolving business system requirements.
• Provide a responsive, service-focused experience to internal users and contribute to reliable, well-administered business systems.

What you'll bring:

• Experience supporting business applications, SaaS platforms or internal systems within an application support, systems support or service desk environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across application issues, user access, data and workflow errors, and basic system integrations.
• Comfortable working across a diverse range of business applications and learning new systems quickly.
• Experience with platforms such as ConnectWise, Quosal, Enboarder, HubSpot, DeskDirector, N-able, QBO, BambooHR, ScalePad, SmileBack, Workable, Zapier, Wise-Sync, Lusha, VisualCare or ShiftCare would be advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively across BAU support, system administration and small improvement projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand user needs, clarify issues and deliver practical outcomes.
• A strong focus on reliable systems, consistent processes and internal customer service.
• Adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities across different systems and types of work.
• Curious, proactive and willing to take initiative when investigating issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
