About this Growth Enablement Manager role at Maersk
We are looking for an Growth Enablement Manager to drive growth, strengthen our market position and turn commercial opportunities into results. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, pricing, sales and market development, working across functions and regions to accelerate profitable growth.
What you’ll do
Drive strategic initiatives to deliver annual revenue, volume and gross profit targets.
Shape and execute the Go-to-Market and pricing strategy, including pricing for major strategic RFQs.
Lead the product Go-to-Market process and identify opportunities to grow key trade lanes and customer segments.
Monitor market, customer, competitor and pricing trends—and turn insights into commercial actions.
Work closely with Sales and Finance on target setting, growth plans and pipeline performance.
Proactively identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions with regional and area stakeholders.
Be a key driver of Air product and Power Trade Lane growth.
Equip and enable Sales through relevant product materials, training and commercial events.
Contribute to new product launches and broader marketing and commercial initiatives.
What you bring
Strong air freight product knowledge, with experience in pricing and Go-to-Market strategies.
Commercial mindset with an understanding of profitability drivers in logistics and supply chain.
Experience engaging with customers and presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
Strong ability to connect people, facilitate cross-functional decisions and drive execution.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Curiosity, initiative and a genuine ambition to identify opportunities and turn them into growth.
