Summary:
As an AI Native Software Engineer, your day revolves around developing and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the engineering process. You will engage in building production-ready applications that leverage AI capabilities, ensuring that these solutions meet high standards of quality and compliance. Your role involves continuously refining development practices to enhance software performance and operational efficiency, collaborating with various teams to align AI-driven innovations with project goals and business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components seamlessly into software products.
- Assist in documenting best practices and AI-native methodologies to support team knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to work with AI frameworks and tools to embed intelligent features within software solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing complex software systems.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms and microservices architecture to support AI-native applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
