As an AI Engineer Manager, you will lead teams in the Data and Analytics group, focusing on utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and inspiring team members to deliver quality work that meets client expectations.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating and mentoring junior staff, while taking ownership of projects to validate their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will play a visible role in cultivating meaningful client relationships and navigating ambiguity, all while upholding PwC’s quality standards and contributing to the firm's purpose and values. Responsibilities

- Leading data analysis initiatives to extract insights and drive data-driven decision-making
- Utilizing advanced analytical techniques to optimize client operations and achieve strategic goals
- Managing complex data sets to support clients in solving business problems
- Developing and implementing data visualization and statistical modeling solutions
- Overseeing data integrity and security within analytics frameworks
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and meet client expectations
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in data analytics processes
- Conducting exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and inform strategic decisions
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand and address their data needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- At least one of the following: A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Demonstrating proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Utilizing machine learning techniques for predictive analytics
- Managing complex data integration and data quality improvement plans
- Excelling in coaching and mentoring team members
- Leading projects with strategic planning and execution skills
