About TS&T Ireland 

Technology Strategy and Transformation (TS&T) a key part of our growing Digital Core service. The Opportunity for You

We are looking for a motivated AI and Process Value Consultant to join Accenture Consulting. You will help clients reimagine end-to-end business processes using AI, generative AI, intelligent automation, data and digital platforms—turning promising ideas into practical change and measurable business value.

 

This role suits candidates with a strong consulting foundation and experience across several areas such as process improvement, value analysis, AI-enabled transformation, operating model design, change and delivery.

 

In this role, you will work with client leaders, process owners, frontline teams, industry specialists, data and AI practitioners, designers, architects, engineers and change teams. Together, you will identify high-value opportunities, redesign work around people and AI, shape value cases and roadmaps, and support solutions from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement.

What you will help clients do

• Identify and prioritise end-to-end processes where AI, generative AI, agents or automation can improve growth, experience, productivity, quality, speed, cost or risk.

• Assess current processes, pain points, work patterns, data, controls, systems, roles and performance using interviews, workshops, process analysis and available evidence.

• Define the ambition, value drivers, measurable outcomes and business case for AI-enabled process reinvention.

• Design future-state processes that make clear what people, AI agents, automation and platforms will do, including decision points, hand-offs, controls and human oversight.

• Shape practical transformation roadmaps that connect process, data, technology, operating model, workforce, change and Responsible AI requirements.

• Support rapid proofs of value, pilots and scaled implementation, helping teams learn quickly while maintaining appropriate governance and controls.

• Track value after implementation, identify improvement opportunities and help clients build the capability for continuous reinvention.

What you will do

• Conduct research, benchmarking, maturity assessments, process analysis and root-cause analysis to establish a fact base for change.

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, process walkthroughs and future-state design sessions.

• Map current and future processes, customer and employee journeys, decisions, pain points, roles, data needs, controls and enabling technologies.

• Assess and prioritise AI use cases based on value, feasibility, data readiness, risk, adoption and scalability.

• Develop value trees, benefit hypotheses, business cases, investment profiles, KPI frameworks and implementation roadmaps.

• Translate business needs into clear process and solution requirements for AI, data, platform, automation and engineering teams.

• Define how AI agents should behave within redesigned processes, including autonomy boundaries, exception handling, human-in-the-loop controls and performance measures.

• Develop concise presentations, reports and recommendations that help senior stakeholders make informed decisions.

• Support delivery planning, testing, adoption, governance, benefits tracking and continuous improvement across transformation workstreams.

• Contribute to proposals, points of view, reusable assets and the continued growth of Accenture's AI and process reinvention capability.

 

Experience requirements

• Experience in consulting, process excellence, business transformation, operational improvement, AI-enabled change or a related field.

• Experience supporting process analysis, redesign or transformation work from discovery through implementation.

• Experience building trusted relationships and working with business, technology and delivery stakeholders.

• Data, digital core and platforms: data readiness, enterprise applications, workflow platforms, cloud services, integration and technology foundations that enable AI at scale.

• Transformation delivery: agile delivery, pilots, implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, change impact, testing, governance and benefits realisation.
