Responsibilities / Tasks
Payroll Administration
- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, internal transfers, and changes to pay rates.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
- Mobility & Expatriate employee payroll and statutory benefits management
- Ensuring Outsourcing vendor service levels are met whilst maintaining strong relationships
- Support Hub HR operation team on Payroll related DTP renew and update
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of HR and company programs as it relates to payroll administration
- Server as professional consultant to HRBP or other stakeholders on Payroll, Mandatory benefits topics
- Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors
- Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
- Performs other duties or projects as assigned from global or local
Leave & Attendance Administration
- Ensure all leave applications are monitored and updated into the local leave system.
- Prepare regular & ad-hoc report to stakeholders in timely manner with high accuracy
- Provide Professional support & guide on Time & Attendance inquiries raised by employee and biz
- Regularly validate and clean up abnormal attendance data to ensure data quality
- In-charge of logic /rule setup & implementation in system including but not limited to OT, Schedule, Time off rule based on biz request with vendor support.
- Simplification & User-Experience driven on as-is practice review, constantly organize service review meeting with vendors to ensure SLA met.
Others & Projects
- Participation & surveying best practice on the local Time off & Attendance and Travel policy renew
- Create and Maintain knowledge Pool on Country Policy & Practices tips in share folders for whole HR operation team learning
- Proactively review and continuously improve Payroll related process effectiveness to algin with global strategy, contribution to harmonization and improvement activities.
- Fully engaged with stakeholders on all service escalation and ad-hoc needs from all stakeholders
- Be ambassador on GEA HR operation model, and dig out HR innovation way on HR services from market
- Participate in region well-being activities to enhance HR operation branding
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Administrative writing & proficient in Microsoft Office is a must.
- Processing payroll Experience in SEA is a MUST with minimum experiences of 2 years
- Reporting & organising skills.
- Good time management and team player.
- Good Verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate sound of work ethics.
- Ability to work in fast speed environment and to manager multiple stakeholders & priorities
- Good Project Management skills
