Your day-to-day responsibilities involve collaborating with department heads on strategic initiatives, responding swiftly to regulatory changes, coordinating cross-departmental projects for new business operations, and maintaining robust stakeholder relationships. Success in this role requires you to be proactive in identifying operational challenges, devising effective solutions through teamwork, and ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly. You will also be expected to stay abreast of industry developments so that your contributions remain relevant and impactful. By focusing on operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement, you will help drive the division’s growth while nurturing a positive team culture.

  • You will collaborate with the Head of Department to understand the evolving environment surrounding each business line, considering growth strategies and key focus areas or products.
  • You will manage and complete responses related to KRW deregulation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • You will support the launch of new products and business operations by involving stakeholders from various departments, facilitating smooth implementation.
  • You will respond appropriately to changes in Korean Authorities' regulations, guidelines, or abolishments related to market business, keeping all relevant parties informed.

  • You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws, and regulations to ensure best practices are followed.

What you bring:

  • Relevant experience in business planning, financial analysis, project coordination, business management, or a related area within the financial services industry.
  • Interest in financial markets and an eagerness to develop knowledge of market-related products and business activities.
  • Exposure to regulatory or compliance-related matters would be advantageous, but is not essential.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across different teams and functions.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Mandatory Requirement

  • Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese is essential, as the role requires regular communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management with regional counterparts in Japan and across the region.
